My skin condition record today

Maybe it's because the weather suddenly got hot today, but by this afternoon, the oiliness on my T-zone is insane. I definitely applied my makeup to look matte this morning, but looking in the mirror now, it's caked all over the sides of my nose and it's a total mess. If the weather gets just a little hotter, it feels like I'm going to turn into an oil-producing nation. How is your skin today, everyone? Are there any of you struggling with oiliness like me? I have no idea how to touch up my makeup.
