My own skincare method

I try to keep these things.

 

1 pack a day

Adequate hydration

Adequate sleep

And helps with skin health

Make sure to eat seasonal food~!!

 

Minari is in season these days, you know.

Sold at the supermarket on the weekend Buy a bunch of water parsley, clean it thoroughly, and

I ate it with pork belly.

I really enjoyed the meal.

Minari contains antioxidants such as vitamin C and beta-carotene,

It is said to have a positive effect on alleviating skin troubles, moisturizing, and maintaining skin elasticity.

 

Our skin can change depending on the food we consume, so

Since you're going to eat anyway, make sure to eat seasonal food.

I think it would be better to choose and eat ones that are also good for the skin.

 

However, please be careful as water parsley juice may cause inflammation or itching if it gets on the skin.

I heard that excessive consumption can also cause digestive discomfort such as abdominal pain and diarrhea.

You shouldn't eat way too much just because it's delicious.

But, I did eat way too much lol.

Since I went through it without any such symptoms, I guess it's case by case.

 

Is it because I ate water parsley over the weekend?
