Lately, I've been trying my best to stick to a low-carb, high-fat diet. I keep it simple with Bulletproof Coffee for breakfast and focus on protein for lunch and dinner... but the number isn't dropping as much as I expected, so I'm losing motivation a bit. Is it normal to hit a plateau this quickly? My body looks like it might have improved a little, but I wonder if it's just my imagination haha. I was so hungry today that I grilled some pork belly and ate it, and now I feel a bit ashamed of myself... Still, I'm not going to give up here; I plan to push hard again starting tomorrow!
