카페인 끊기가 제일 힘든거 같아요 지금도 커피마시고 있는데.. 줄여봐야겠네요 저도
Starting day 1 of quitting caffeine to improve my skin;;
You know I'm a real coffee fanatic... I drink at least three iced Americanos a day, but lately I've noticed my skin feels so dry and my complexion looks dull.
I read somewhere that drinking too much coffee strips your body of moisture, which is a direct hit to skin aging... (Shock) So, starting today, I'm going to make a firm resolution and switch to water and tea!!
I really hope that typical puffiness and dryness go away when I wake up in the morning... though I'm not sure how many days I'll be able to hold out lol
Is there anyone here who has found glowing skin after quitting caffeine?? I’d really feel encouraged if you could share your success stories!! Recommendations for teas that are good to drink instead of coffee are also welcome haha.
