Question about skin procedures (Face V-line and sagging)

My jaw is a bit bumpy.

I am wondering what kind of treatment I should receive at a dermatology clinic to effectively manage and make my skin smooth.

My biggest concern is my jawline, so I lack confidence. I want to get it tidied up, so I’d like to try a procedure.
