My skin condition has been all over the place lately, so I’ve been keeping a record. It definitely seems like sleep and diet have a huge impact on my skin. In particular, breakouts pop up immediately the day after I don't get enough sleep, and my skin tone looks noticeably dull. On days when I drink plenty of water, my skin feels fine, though. I used to think it was just a problem with my cosmetics, but it seems like lifestyle patterns are more important.
