My skin condition has been all over the place lately, so I’ve been keeping a record. It definitely seems like sleep and diet have a huge impact on my skin. In particular, breakouts pop up immediately the day after I don't get enough sleep, and my skin tone looks noticeably dull. On days when I drink plenty of water, my skin feels fine, though. I used to think it was just a problem with my cosmetics, but it seems like lifestyle patterns are more important. Do you all have any specific habits you pay attention to in order to keep your skin in good condition?
