물도 많이 마시는 것도 피부에 도움이 된다고 하더라구요. 저도 사무실에서는 물 많이 마셔야겠어요!
If I had to sum up my skin condition today, it feels like it's “barringly holding on”… ? 😅
When I looked in the mirror this morning, it looked ordinary, but as time passed, I felt a growing tightness and could sense my cheeks becoming slightly dry. It really seems like the skin reacts immediately, especially in weather with large temperature fluctuations like we have these days.
My T-zone is better than I expected, but my U-zone has definitely gotten drier, causing my makeup to cake slightly. Instead of applying smoothly, the foundation felt like it wasn't adhering well in some spots, so I decided to keep my base makeup as light as possible today.
The good news is that I haven't had any breakouts or skin sensitivity issues, so my overall condition is just "dry + lacking moisture." On days like this, if I try to be too ambitious and layer on various products, it can feel cakey or heavy, so I think keeping it simple is the best approach.
So, I organized today's routine exactly like this.
Gentle cleansing → Replenish moisture with toner → Light serum → Finish with cream
I plan to drink water frequently in between, and turn on a humidifier indoors so that my skin can breathe comfortably as much as possible.
My skin today is basically saying, "I'm dry, so please take care of me," haha.
I plan to spend the day focusing on the basics rather than excessive care 🤍
