세가지 전부 피가 되고 살이 되는 조언들이네요.. 저도 열심히 관리해봐야겠어요!
My simple way of taking care of my skin health..
I used to think that just moisturizing well was enough, but lately I’ve been realizing that “lifestyle habits + minimizing irritation + skin barrier care” are truly important.
First, the biggest change is my cleansing routine. In the past, I used to wash my face for a long time or multiple times for a refreshing feeling, but now I make it a rule to keep it as short and gentle as possible. After rinsing lightly with lukewarm water, I wash once using only a mild, pH-balanced cleanser and finish by gently wiping my face with my hands to avoid friction. I've found that if my skin feels tight after washing, it's already a sign that I've over-cleansed.
And the second point is “maintaining the skin’s rhythm.” The skin has its own condition, so if you change products too often, it can actually feel like it can’t adapt and becomes more sensitive. That is why I tend to stick to a minimal number of skincare products and use them consistently. Especially these days, I’m keeping things simple, focusing on soothing and barrier care.
The third is UV protection. I heard that even indoors, the skin can easily get tired due to the influence of windows or fluorescent lights, so I make sure to apply sunscreen even when I'm not going out. I've noticed a much bigger difference than I expected in maintaining skin elasticity.
And lastly, sleep and hydration! They are really basics, but I think they have the biggest impact. On days when I don't get enough sleep, my skin immediately becomes dry and dull, so lately I've been trying to stick to a minimum amount of sleep. I've also changed my water intake from drinking a lot at once to drinking small amounts frequently.
