I've been using La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Balm B5 continuously lately for soothing.

My skin has become a bit sensitive lately, so it's been turning red more often. I'm trying to manage it simply at home.

I'm using this. I originally didn't use it because I was worried it might be heavy, but it's not as stuffy as I thought, and it feels like it puts on a protective barrier, so it's actually pretty good.

I apply a thin layer after cleansing and toning. If I apply too much, it feels like it pills a bit, so I tend to use only a small amount. It feels particularly comforting when I apply it when my skin is stinging or dry. If I apply it before bed, my skin feels less sensitive the next day.

I've been continuing to use it because it seems to reduce irritation on my chin even on days when I wear a mask for a long time. Rather than a huge change, my skin feels more stable, so I think it's good to keep one on hand for home care.
