I recommend skin supplements.

I became interested in skin supplements, so while searching for various things...

I learned that Omega-3, probiotics, and Vitamin D are important.

 

And additionally, I heard that pantothenic acid or curcumin is also good.

 

If anyone is interested in skin supplements, I think you might want to give this a try :)
