Soothing care methods?

I think it's important to provide soothing care beforehand, before breakouts start.

I apply a soothing product immediately if it looks like even the slightest breakout is about to occur.

Now that I do this, I definitely feel like the spikes have decreased significantly!!

What soothing products does everyone use? Haha
