Will my skin tone improve if I receive Pico Toning consistently?

My skin tone looks dull overall lately, so I'm looking into Pico Toning.

I heard that one session isn't very effective, so I'm wondering if I need to get it done multiple times.

I'm thinking of getting a light treatment to even out my overall skin tone rather than covering blemishes, but I'm curious about the effectiveness.

I am also curious if the redness lasts a long time after the procedure, and I would like to know if I can apply makeup immediately. My skin is on the sensitive side, so I am worried that doing it might cause my skin to break out even more.

I'm curious to know how effective it was for those of you who have consistently received Pico Toning. It would also be helpful if you could let me know how many sessions are needed to see noticeable results!
