Since it's the change of seasons, I reduced my moisturizing steps, and it actually feels better.
My skin feels sensitive lately due to the changing weather, so I've changed my skincare routine a little.
I had built up a lot of stages.
But that actually felt more stifling, so I'm keeping things simple these days.
I reduced my routine to just applying toner after cleansing, a single application of serum, and finishing with cream.
It feels like my skin is less burdened doing it this way.
I also try not to exfoliate too often during the change of seasons. I used to do it frequently in the past and it actually made my skin drier, so these days I only do it when my skin has stabilized.
Since I started taking care of my skin like this, it feels less sensitive, and I think my makeup doesn't cake as much.
I think keeping things simple is a good approach during the changing seasons haha.
