Maypure Vita... I heard it hurts, so I'm nervous.

I booked an appointment for Vitaran for next week. I heard the effects are amazing because it contains PN ingredients?! But since it's an injection, I saw some reviews saying it hurts, so my hands are already sweating. Is the pain bearable, or is it so intense it brings tears to your eyes?? lol. Would it be much better if I asked them to leave the numbing cream on for a longer time? Please give me some encouragement if you've tried it!! I bit the bullet and splurged because I really want perfect skin, so I'm half excited and half worried.
