Are skincare devices effective?

Medicube is releasing a lot of skincare devices like skin boosters these days. Are they effective?

I have bought these kinds of skincare products after watching home shopping channels in the past, but it was so long ago that my memory of how they were is a bit hazy.

I'm curious if it irritates the skin and if it really makes it good. I'm also half-doubting, wondering if I might be falling for the marketing.

I'm also curious to know how those who have seen results with skincare devices are using them. I think consistency is truly the key to skincare.
