Are there any good procedures for getting rid of neck wrinkles?

I can cover up my face with makeup, but you can't hide your age with neck wrinkles. Perhaps because I look at my smartphone so often, the deep horizontal wrinkles are really bothering me. Even though I diligently apply neck cream, the wrinkles don't disappear since they are already there. Has anyone had a procedure specifically for neck wrinkles at a dermatology clinic?
