As the sun gets stronger, you must make sure to bring sunscreen for anti-aging. It is a must-have during the changing seasons.

I used to just use any sunscreen, but as I get older, I realize I need to be more careful about which one I use. I think mineral sunscreens are good because they are less irritating to the skin and cause less eye stinging. I also make sure to apply it thoroughly, right down to my neck.
