I've found that getting a good night's sleep definitely improves my skin.

Taking a warm shower or doing some simple stretching before bed relaxes the body and definitely feels like it makes it easier to fall asleep.
Exercising too intensely actually feels like it wakes me up, so doing it lightly is just right.
I wake up refreshed in the morning, too.
