맞아요ㅠ 숙면이 기초중에 기초인 것 같아요.. 술 담배 커피 안하는것도요. 특히 술 커피 많이 먹는데 피부 좋은분들 보면 너무 부럽더라구요 ㅎㅎ
Taking a warm shower or doing some simple stretching before bed relaxes the body and definitely feels like it makes it easier to fall asleep.
Exercising too intensely actually feels like it wakes me up, so doing it lightly is just right.
I wake up refreshed in the morning, too.
