I consumed too much caffeine today.

I consumed more than four cups of coffee today alone to increase my concentration on work. Due to excessive dehydration, my skin condition record for today, which I am currently writing, indicates a very negative state.

 

I feel severe tightness deep within my skin, and the surface has lost its vitality and become rough. Even after spraying mist multiple times, the effect was only temporary, and the fundamental dryness was not resolved, so I am recording my skin condition today.

 

Through this record of my skin condition today, I am deeply reflecting on how rapidly skin ages when relying solely on caffeine without sufficient hydration. From now on, I plan to consistently drink plain water to replenish my body's moisture and use a sleeping pack after washing my face in the evening to allow my skin to recover overnight.
