Try getting some sleep before going to the dermatologist.

My sleep schedule was all messed up and a complete disaster because I was working early morning shifts, but after switching to day shifts and sleeping more than 7 hours a day, my skin feels better than when I was going to the dermatologist.

Before, I gained weight due to hormonal issues, had polycystic ovary syndrome, broke out in huge pimples around my mouth and chin, and had terrible bumpy skin, but it has calmed down after a few months.

If you sleep less than 6 hours or go to bed in the early hours of the morning, please try going to bed earlier. Hormones are important, too. Especially if you are in your mid-20s or older, please make sure to get plenty of sleep.
