Last weekend, I met up with friends at a lovely cafe for the first time in a while. We chatted and took tons of photos. However, when I got home and scrolled through the pictures my friend sent me, I suddenly felt like I looked so unfamiliar that I stared at myself for a long time. My complexion, which used to look clear even without editing, now looks dull and noticeably lacking elasticity, even under lighting. I was particularly upset because the fine lines around my eyes when I smile seem deeper than before. I wondered if it was time for some systematic care, so I’ve been trying to organize my own personal skincare tips, but since I’m not a professional, I feel like I’m hitting a wall. I’ve been increasing my water intake and applying face masks every evening, but that doesn't feel enough. I’d love to hear about the skincare tips you all are currently practicing. Expensive treatments are fine, but I also welcome small habits or dietary tips that can be easily incorporated into daily life. I'm sure you all have at least one special skincare tip that you take care of for yourselves despite your busy schedules, right? If you have any methods you could recommend, could I respectfully ask for your advice? I am so curious to know how others are regaining their vitality these days.
