미온수와 약산성 폼을 활용한 정성스러운 세안 습관만으로 모공과 요철을 관리하시는 모습이 정말 대단한 피부 관리 고수 같아요!
My own secret pore care routine to practice at home without spending a fortune!
I don't have time to visit the dermatologist often, so I take meticulous care of my pores through my daily facial cleansing routine at home.
What I consider most important is adjusting the water temperature to be as close as possible to my skin temperature when washing my face.
I never use water that is too hot when washing my face because it strips the skin of moisture and causes pores to sag.
Instead, lightly wet your entire face with lukewarm water, then lather up a mildly acidic foam and gently roll it over your face using only your fingertips.
For areas where whiteheads tend to accumulate, such as the sides of the nose or under the chin, use your ring finger to rub more gently for about 1 minute.
And when rinsing with water, the key is not to rub your face hard with a towel, but to gently pat it to absorb the moisture.
Before the moisture completely dries, spray the hydrating mist you have placed in the bathroom directly onto your face to prevent moisture from evaporating from within the skin.
About once a week, I generously soak a cotton pad with a specialized lotion that gently dissolves sebum around the nose and place it on the area to soften it slightly.
You can instantly feel the blackheads becoming much lighter and the area around your nose becoming smooth just by gently wiping them away with a cotton swab without forcibly squeezing them out.
I don't use expensive cosmetics or beauty devices, but I found that just changing these small cleansing habits significantly reduced the bumps on my face.
If you have thin skin and cannot use harsh nose packs or scrubs, please try washing your face with lukewarm water right away, following my method.
If you just take the time to carefully perform the basic cleansing steps every day, you will be able to maintain smooth, peeled-egg-like skin that rivals that of an aesthetic clinic.
