Wash your face minimally.
Since I don't wear heavy makeup, I finish it in one go with a gentle cleansing product.
Moisturizing is important for the skin.
Mist is a must!
And I am drinking water frequently.

They tell me to apply it even at home, but that feels a bit too stuffy for me, so I make sure to apply it whenever I go out.
Please apply it evenly to your neck and the backs of your hands, not just your face.
And nutritional supplements
I am taking a high dose (megadose) of Vitamin C.
Things that are bad for the skin
Touching your face frequently
Lack of sleep and stress
Please avoid using exfoliants frequently.
It’s a rule we all know, but I think consistency and effort are the only ways to prevent skin aging.
