My skin condition is terrible today!

Do you all take good care of your skin even when you have a cold like this? It’s usually not an easy task, so I’m curious how you manage to look after your skin when you’re sick. Do you all wash your faces thoroughly and use face masks? Mine just gives me a terrible reaction even if I only apply basic skincare.
