Recommendations for home care items I'm using these days

I bought this after getting a recommendation for home care items.

It is a Bellocure high-frequency device.

There are various modes, but I mainly use Cool Care mode and Integrated mode? I only use these.

 

I definitely think using it is better than not using it!
