Lately, when I look in the mirror after work, my skin is a complete mess. It definitely shows on my face when I don't get enough sleep or am stressed. In the past, I used to just brush it off, thinking, "I'm probably just tired," but these days, I'm trying to make a quick note of my skin's condition at any given moment.
As I kept a record, I realized that I have a habit of unconsciously touching my face, and I could see the area around my lips cracking first on days when I didn't drink enough water. I'm not writing down any grand secrets, but as I record my days like this, I feel like it is becoming clearer to me which basic skincare products suit me.
Today... maybe because of the changing seasons, my lips are really chapped and pimples have popped up around my mouth...
