My own skincare routine: Drink plenty of water

I don't drink much water, but I should drink more. Having plenty of water in your body improves blood circulation, keeps you healthy overall, and keeps your skin hydrated.
I'm going to make sure to drink a glass of lukewarm water as soon as I wake up in the morning.
