I think diet has a really big impact on skin condition.
I usually don't really notice it, but recently, since my diet changed a bit, my skin reacted right away.
After eating spicy food and late-night snacks for several days in a row, my face was swollen all over and my pores looked more prominent the next morning.
On the other hand, during the week when I mainly ate home-cooked meals and paid attention to drinking water, I didn't feel like my skin improved dramatically, but rather that it broke out less!!!
Of course, cosmetics might play a role, but I felt that what you eat really can't be ignored either!!!
Especially on days when I eat something spicy late at night before bed, it almost always shows the difference the next day. In the past, when I thought about skincare, I only thought about what I applied, but lately I’ve been thinking that I need to consider what I eat as well... ㅠㅠㅠ Is there anything anyone else intentionally cuts out for their skin? I’m planning to start by cutting out late-night snacks.
Since I love eating so much, it's not easy to quit late-night snacks.
