ㅋㅋ근데 식단이 제일 어렵죠 사실~ 운동하고 보상심리로 많이 먹은 적이 한두번이 아니라서~
The weather is already warm, so I have to wear light clothes, and my belly is jiggling. I guess I need to lose the weight I accumulated over the winter.
First off, I decided to eat a salad at 6 and not eat anything after that, so I hope I can stick to it.
There are so many things I want to eat... ㅠㅠ
I'll hold out well. Fighting!
