그렇네요. 내 피부에 갑자기 새로운 게 있다면 무엇인지 고민 해 봐야겠습니다 좋은 글 팁 감사합니다.
When my skin breaks out, I stop doing this first.
It probably varies from person to person, but if I feel like my skin looks a bit off, I always stop using new products first.
In the past, I was actually more anxious, so I kept applying all sorts of things—those supposed to be soothing, for acne, and for hydration—and it just ended up making things more complicated!!!
So these days, if something pops up or stings, I tend to just leave my basics on and see for a few days.
I just use a cleanser, toner, and cream, and let the rest rest. I found that doing so makes it a little easier to identify the cause, and my skin feels less tired.
Of course, I really want to calm things down quickly, but after going through it a few times, I realize now that the more I do that, the less I should provoke it.
Do any of you happen to have your own emergency routine when your skin gets sensitive? I've found that doing less works better for me in the end... Am I the only one who thinks this way? Haha.
