An honest review of the LDM Waterdrop Lifting treatment I always get the day before an important appointment or photoshoot!

Hello everyone! Haha, I hope you're having a great weekend. Do you happen to have any personal emergency tips for making your makeup apply perfectly before an important occasion where you need to look your best, like a blind date, a get-together with old classmates, or attending a wedding? No matter how expensive the sheet mask I used to leave on for 30 minutes at home or how hard I massaged with a galvanic device, I was never satisfied. However, after trying the 'LDM Waterdrop Lifting' treatment at a dermatology clinic on a friend's recommendation, I experienced a whole new world. Now, I make sure to rush to the clinic right after work the day before any important event! Haha.

Although the name includes "lifting," it is absolutely not a dramatic firming procedure like Shurink or Ulthera that tightens the jawline to sculpt a V-shape. Instead, you should think of it as a hydration treatment that uses high-density ultrasound waves to fully fill the dermis with moisture ampoules and soothe the skin cells. Since my skin is very thin and prone to redness, I tend to be quite sensitive and absolutely dread painful radiofrequency treatments; however, the LDM treatment doesn't hurt a single bit—no, not even 0.1%! Haha. You just lie on the bed, and the therapist generously applies a warm, slippery gel and gently rolls the device over your entire face. The warmth makes you feel so relaxed that every time I get it after work, I end up falling into a deep sleep and snoring.

Even though there is absolutely no needle-like pain or heat sensation, the effects are truly immediate and amazing! After the procedure is finished and I apply sunscreen, when I look in the mirror in the powder room, I can immediately see with my own eyes how my skin has plumped up from deep within, giving off a luxurious, clear, dewy glow. When I lightly touch my cheeks with my fingers, they feel incredibly bouncy and moist—like freshly steamed mochi—so I found myself constantly touching my cheeks on the way home, haha. In particular, it is incredibly effective at soothing redness caused by the cold winter wind; it is so fascinating how the heat completely subsides from red scars left after squeezing pimples just once.

Most of all, it really shines when I do my makeup the next morning! Haha. Even when I apply my usual matte foundation roughly with a brush, it adheres perfectly to the skin without flaking around the nose or clumping in the pores—not a single bit—making me look like I was born with amazing skin! Whenever I meet acquaintances or friends and they ask if I've had any treatments or tell me my face glows like a peeled egg, I puff out my chest and feel like I really got my money's worth. Haha. I absolutely highly recommend this to anyone who needs to refine their skin texture before a special occasion. Haha. It doesn't hurt at all!
