Anyone please recommend an oil-control cream?

My skin lacks oil.
It lacks oil, so it looks dry and lifeless.
Sulwhasoo's oil-control cream is the best, but it's expensive, so I can't buy it often.
Does anyone happen to recommend an affordable yet effective oil cream~!?
