You know how sweating at the gym can easily cause skin trouble due to accumulated impurities. I always make sure to lightly wipe my face with cleansing water before I start working out. And my best tip is to wash my face only with cold water after my workout to cool down the heat first! It might seem like a small thing, but just doing this makes my skin look much clearer.
