Lately, I've been doing little facial stretches before bed!
At first, I wasn't sure if it would work, but I feel like my face is less puffy in the mornings, so I'm keeping doing it lol.
I am especially satisfied because the area around my eyes feels a bit lighter. My eye fatigue has definitely decreased!
It doesn't take much time, so it's good to do consistently.
I'm also worried about my nasolabial folds, so I've been following along with a facial stretching video I watched a while ago to smooth them out. Maybe it's just my imagination, but it feels like my face has been lifted haha.
I think consistency is really important when it comes to home care.
For those of you who have tried facial stretching, did you feel the effects?
