Do I really need to apply sunscreen even indoors?

I've been mostly staying at home lately because I'm working from home, and I heard that I should apply sunscreen even indoors.

 

They say the light coming through the window causes aging... Do you all make sure to apply it even when you're at home?

 

I feel uneasy not applying it, but I'm worried it will feel stuffy on my skin if I do.

    네~ 실내 형광등에도 피부는 손상을 입는다고 하니 ~ 실내에서도 선크림 바르기!~ 선크림은 잘 때 빼고는 계속 발라야 하나봐요!

    일단 햇빛. 인공이라도 바르는 게 좋다고 하더라구요.
물론 실내에서 바른다는 게 쉽지는 않겠지만요.
