It seems that what you eat is more important for your skin than what you apply.

I stopped taking supplements for a while because it was a hassle, and my skin texture quickly became dry and rough. It has been about two weeks since I started taking Vitamin C and collagen again, and I can definitely feel the difference in the way my fingertips feel when I wash my face in the morning.

 

As expected, getting enough sleep and drinking plenty of water seems to be the best way to take care of yourself.
