It's day 10 of my skin condition record!
I feel like my condition is much worse today than yesterday.
I felt dryness immediately after washing my face.
I was a bit taken aback because it felt like the moisture had completely drained out.
My internal dryness got worse as the afternoon went by.
My skin also feels sensitive and irritated.
It felt rough to the touch, too.
I'm trying to minimize stimulation as much as possible today.
I provided very light care, focusing only on hydration and soothing..!
