Today's skin condition record

I had a pimple yesterday, so I cleansed my face thoroughly before going to bed. It's so hot today, so... although it hasn't gone away yet, it hasn't gotten worse and has flattened out a bit. Still, I feel relieved because it seems like it will subside in a day or two.

It's so hot. It feels like we went from winter to spring in just two days and then straight to summer, so I guess my skin and body just can't seem to adjust.
