Do you have your own skincare routine for the changing seasons?

Whenever the changing seasons arrive, with the daily temperature fluctuations widening rapidly and the air becoming dry, even cosmetics I usually use without any issues suddenly feel stinging whenever they touch my skin, and mysterious, tiny pimple-like breakouts pop up all over my face, causing me immense stress every time I look in the mirror. Even though I think I apply plenty of moisturizer after washing my face, my inner dryness isn't being resolved at all. Perhaps because of this, my skin texture feels rough and my makeup keeps flaking off, so there are increasingly more days when I find myself spending a long time agonizing in front of my vanity every morning. Especially during times like this, I try to minimize my cleansing steps and use a mildly acidic cleanser to protect my skin barrier. While using less irritating products certainly helps to temporarily reduce redness, I feel frustrated because it doesn't seem to be a fundamental solution. I am curious to know how those of you with sensitive skin like me organize the order of your basic skincare products during this time of year. In particular, if you have any products containing ingredients that deeply hydrate without irritating sensitive skin, or any special at-home care tips, I would be truly grateful if you could share them, no matter how small. I would also like to sincerely hear advice from those with experience regarding effective skincare programs for strengthening the barrier of such sensitive skin, and which procedures offer high satisfaction relative to their cost. I have written this long post out of a desperate desire to regain healthy skin, so I look forward to your valuable tips.
