What's wrong with my skin condition?

I woke up and my face is dripping with oil, yet it feels tight and dry underneath—it's a total mess ㅠㅠ Maybe it's because I ate ramen before bed, but my face is totally swollen too; I look like a complete mess lol. I have an important meeting tomorrow, and I'm not sure if my makeup will even go on properly... What base makeup do you all use on days like this?
