Skin care habits that are easy to overlook in daily life

When I think back to times when my skin suddenly got worse, I realized it wasn't because I wasn't getting treatments, but because my small habits had fallen apart haha. So, I wanted to share a few essential habits I'm trying to stick to these days!

 

The first tip is to change your pillowcase often! This is seriously important. Sweat and dust get all over the pillow while you sleep, and the thought of rubbing that on my face every day gives me goosebumps, haha. I make sure to change it at least every other day. If that's too much trouble, I just put a towel down before I sleep, haha.

 

The second tip is to keep your phone clean! You know how your phone touches your face when you're on the phone. I was shocked to hear that phones are dirtier than toilets, so I wipe it down with an alcohol swab every day, haha. And the third tip is not to touch your face with your hands! I'm sure many of you have a habit of resting your chin on your hand or touching your face, right? I do too, but this is actually the hardest thing to break. Still, since I've been consciously making an effort, I definitely seem to be getting fewer breakouts, haha. You should try changing these small habits too!
