Isn't doing the modeling pack alone difficult?

I heard it has a good cooling sensation, so I gave it a try at home, but the powder was flying around and I messed up the consistency, so I ended up slathering it all over my face lol.

Even when I tried to peel it off, it didn't come off cleanly and stuck on in clumps, so it took a long time to remove.

But strangely enough, the heat sensation on my skin really went down after I used it. Does anyone have a secret tip for applying this neatly?!
