Yesterday, my face suddenly felt so hot that I didn't want to do anything as soon as I got home, but I took out the soothing pads I had in the refrigerator and placed them on my cheeks for a moment, and it felt better than I expected.
To be honest, when I see commercials for things like this, I usually think "Eh," but when you actually get a fever, there is definitely a comfortable feeling in using something cold to soothe it.
Of course, I wouldn't say this dramatically improves my skin, but at least the redness and tightness seemed to go down a bit.
In weather like this, it feels like my face drops instantly even if I'm just outside for a short while, so I'm wondering if I should get at least one "refrigerator item" lol.
