I think I've found the reason my skin has been bad lately... lack of sleep...

I was always blaming my cosmetics or the weather, but it turns out I was just not getting enough sleep lol.

I've been staying up late for about a week now, and it's immediately noticeable on my skin.

My cheeks are dry and dull, but the sides of my nose are oily, and something always pops up on my chin. It really seems like skin doesn't lie... Yesterday, I went to bed early for the first time in a long while, and in the morning, I was less puffy and my skin looked a bit less tired.

Of course, sleeping for a day won't solve everything, but at least I feel like I understand why things are turning upside down these days.

Now I understand why people say to get some sleep before needlessly applying all sorts of expensive products. What is the first cause you all suspect when your skin is bad? For me, sleep seems to be my number one priority now...

What does everyone think? Do you relate?
