It seems a bit better since I change the pillowcases often.

This might be a placebo, though lol

I really feel like the bumps around my chin flip up a little less after I started changing my pillowcases frequently. I used to be the type to use them for a long time because it was a hassle, but one day I noticed bumps kept appearing on my chin and under my cheeks, so I tried changing them often just in case.

Of course, this alone didn't suddenly improve my skin, but at least the uncomfortable feeling was reduced, so I felt more at ease psychologically. Since it touches my face for a long time anyway, I think it might actually have more of an effect than I initially thought.

I feel like I've been diligently taking care of my skincare but neglecting these kinds of lifestyle habits. Even though it's a hassle, these little things seem to make a subtle difference... By any chance, do you have any lifestyle habits you've changed because of your skin?

Honestly, besides the pillow, I'm actually pretty serious about staying hydrated. I can really feel my skin improving as the dryness decreases when I drink a lot of water.
