ㅠㅠ야근하면 확실히 피부에 안좋은거 같더라구요 잠이 이렇게 피부에 중요해요~
Today turned gray after being bombarded with overtime work
I looked in the bathroom mirror today and my face looked unusually yellow and completely lifeless, so my mood has been really down since this morning.
I've been working overtime and going to bed late these past few nights, so fatigue has accumulated and my skin condition seems to be hitting rock bottom.
I tried my best to add some life with makeup, applying a generous amount of pink makeup base and using a bright cushion, but the gray undertone still shows through.
In particular, my dark circles under my eyes extend all the way down to my chin, so I don't know how many times my colleagues asked me today if I was tired.
My lip color has completely faded, so if I don't reapply colored lip balm frequently, I look like I'm really sick. I spent the whole day today looking in the mirror and worrying about it.
I feel like if I leave my skin like this, aging will hit me hard, so tonight I am definitely planning to deep cleanse and apply a generous amount of vitamin ampoule.
And after thoroughly flushing out accumulated toxins and swelling from my face with a lymphatic massage, I drink a cup of warm tea and make sure to go to bed before 10 PM.
As I get older, I am reflecting deeply on how much the quality of my daily sleep affects skin elasticity and complexion, feeling it acutely with my whole body.
