My own skincare routine~

It's a lazy afternoon

I gulped down a glass of cold water.

I try to drink water instead of coffee while working at the company.

The reason is

For skin health!

 

There are a few things I stick to as my own personal skincare routine.

 

✔️1 pack a day

✔️Drink plenty of water

✔️ Ensure sufficient sleep

✔️Eat seasonal foods that are good for skin health

✔️Get essential treatments (Botox, hair removal, laser, Pico Toning, etc. lol)

 

Should I call it a skincare method that stays true to the basics?

Things everyone knows but are surprisingly hard to put into practice!

Making an effort to drink a lot of water on purpose~~~

Just drinking enough water makes the dry, rough feeling of the skin disappear.

It feels moisturizing!

I really try to stick to doing one face mask a day!

 

It's getting hotter, so I'm craving cold water even more.

That's nice lol

      물만 잘 마셔도~ 피부 건강에 큰 도움이 되는 것 같아요.
      수면시간도 확보해야 하는데 왜 자꾸만 밤에 놀고 싶은지 모르겠어요.
