저 많이 걷거나 힘든 운동하면 꼭 반신욕해요! 한번 해보세요!
Maybe it's because it's Thursday, but my legs feel incredibly heavy lol ㅠㅠ My shoes were definitely loose this morning, but looking at them now, my ankles have practically disappeared and my legs have turned into elephant legs sob sob... ㅠㅠ I wonder if my blood circulation is bad now that I'm in my 30s, but by the afternoon, my legs swell up and hurt so much!! lol
Even when I do the L-shaped leg stretch at home, it only works for a moment, and I'm wondering if I should wear compression stockings!! Hahaha. Does anyone here know of any stretches that really get rid of leg swelling, or a massage machine that works like magic? Hahaha. Let's all welcome the weekend with light legs!! Fighting!!
