Among my own skincare methods,
I'll show you the most basic of basics!! Haha.
(Actually... the problem is putting it into practice; it is a method that is entirely possible!)
Whether I am out or at home, for the sake of my skincare
What I'm focusing on most is reducing my habit of unconsciously touching my face!
It feels like the germs or irritation on my hands are being transferred directly to my skin, more than I expected.
It gets worse when I'm sensitive.
So these days, I'm consciously trying not to touch it for no reason.
I try my best to hold back even when I feel like I'm about to break out.
Just changing this one habit will make your skin less sensitive.
I'm satisfied because it feels stable overall haha.
