My personal skincare routine ✔️Make sure to get enough sleep
I guess I should use a face mask for skincare and moisturize.
There are things like this, but I think your skin health improves when your physical condition is good as well.
So, my personal skincare routine is making sure I get enough sleep!!!
My skin is definitely less dry and rough on days I wake up after a good night's sleep.
Overall, I felt like my condition had stabilized haha.
Conversely, on days when I don't get enough sleep, internal dryness flares up more easily.
I can immediately feel my skin becoming sensitive, too.
These days, I consider sleep to be more important.
So I try to go to sleep at a consistent time as much as possible.
I am aiming to sleep deeply, even if it is only for a short time haha.
Even though it is a simple habit, it definitely has an effect on skin condition.
Let's all make sure to get enough sleep!
